Administrative Services The Administrative Services Division continues to provide support to Central Michigan District Health Department employees and clients. The Administrative Services Division currently has four hard-working account clerks who are responsible for providing budgets for state and local governmental funding, Medicaid, and Medicare billings, accounts payable processing for the agency's vendors, payroll processing, as well as serving as personnel support to all the employees of the agency.
