Health Education

The Health Education Services Division, through the efforts of a dedicated team, in conjunction with the agency's mission statement provides:

• Health Education Activities - planned learning experiences that are research-based, offering individuals, groups, and communities' information and skill building in order to make quality health decisions.
• Health Promotion Activities - planned combination of educational, environmental, regulatory, or organizational mechanisms that support actions and conditions of living a healthy lifestyle that contributes to the overall health of individuals, groups, and communities.
