Costs and Insurance Information:
  • Cost is $25.
  • We can bill Medicare Part B and Medicaid for adults (19 years of age and older).
  • We can bill all medical insurance plans for children (ages 6 months – 18 years).
    Please check with your insurance company to see if your particular plan covers immunizations for children.
    Children with no vaccine insurance coverage are eligible to receive a flu vaccine at a minimal cost.
