Plan First! Is a state medical benefit program to provide family planning services for non-pregnant
women ages 19-44 years of age. Coverage for this benefit includes family planning related services,
prescriptions for birth control, contraceptive supplies and devices, treatment of sexually transmitted
infections. Eligibility is based on residency and income.
