Success by 3 is a program for 0-3 year old children and their families who live in Arenac County.
Families receive visits by a health educator and a public health nurse to enhance the growth of
families by providing support, resources and services that are needed for successful family
relationships. "Parents as Teachers" curriculum is used to promote understanding of infant and
child development.
