The healthy futures program is a ​Collaboration of Munson Healthcare,​ Health Departments of Northern Michigan, ​And healthcare providers across the​ Region.​  We focus on Breastfeeding, Immunizations, access to care and post partum blood pressures.  What is different about this program, is that anyone can be enrolled in the program regardless of insurance type.
