Sexually Transmitted Disease Control Program
Central Michigan District Health Department offers testing for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, and HIV through our Family Planning and Health Promotion Programs at low to no cost.
All are eligible for testing, to make an appointment call your local county branch office.
Priority is given to high- risk populations, pregnant women, or women expected of being pregnant according to CDC standards.
Services for our clients will be provided without regard to religion, race, color, national origin, creed, handicap, sex, number of pregnancies, marital status, age, sexual orientation or birth control preferences in a manner that protects the dignity of each individual.
