We encourage our residents to:

  • Sign up to receive opt-in emails through our website.  We will be including vaccination clinic information in these emails when the time comes.

  • Continue to watch our website for updates on COVID-19 vaccinations.

  • If you do not have an email address, we suggest reaching out to a family member or friend who can sign up for our opt-in emails and then call you with the information.

  • Continue to watch for announcements through radio, television, newspaper, and Council/Commission on Aging, and other community partners.

* Central Michigan District Health Department is looking to collect some information at this time from individuals who are 65 – 75 years of age, OR individuals who work in a critical/essential workforce OR persons ages 16 – 64 with underlying medical conditions.  An email address is required

 

**Businesses and organizations who are categorized as critical and essential workforce are being asked to complete this survey for the purposes of local health department vaccination planning efforts.  Central Michigan District Health Department serves Arenac, Clare, Gladwin, Isabella, Osceola and Roscommon Counties.

***Central Michigan District Health Department is looking to collect some preliminary information at this time from businesses and organizations in Phase 1A and also individuals who may be self-employed or working independently in occupations under Phase 1A.  If your facility/organization has already responded to a survey on our website, or in response to an email, you do not have to fill out another survey.
