BlueJay Wellness Center is a Child and Adolescent Health Center that promotes the health of children, adolescents, and their families by providing important primary, preventative, and early intervention health services.

Our team provides expert medical and mental health care to patients ages 3-21 years old who are enrolled in the Shepherd School District (The BlueJay Wellness Center may extend services under certain circumstances)

Our Services Include:

• Treatment for acute illnesses

• Preventative care and comprehensive health assessments

• Co-management of chronic conditions

• Vision and hearing screenings

• Immunizations

• Health education and wellness counseling

• Mental health care and support services

Services can be billed to health insurances if applicable. No eligible person will be denied services based on insurance status or ability to pay. Staff can assist with Medicaid enrollment.
