REFRESH (Rural Engagement Facilitating Resources & Education for Schools)

 

REFRESH is an initiative that was started in 2022 to assist school-aged children that do not have access to basic hygiene products. These products are gathered into kits to distribute to the schools. With the help of donors, we were able to give out over 1500 hygiene kits across the district.

 

How to Make Donations:

 

If interested in making a donation, please contact the Health Resource Advocate for your county

  • acceptable items: Deodorant, Combs, Brushes, Air picks, Hair ties, Bar soap, Body wash, Face wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, 2-in-1 cleansers, Dry shampoo, Lip balm, Lotion, Tissues, Laundry soap, Wipes

  • Non-acceptable items: Razors, used items, glass, mirrors, opened items, leaking containers

  • Monetary donations can also be made by check or credit card.
