Need a Pregnancy Test?

Testing is confidential, including teens, and no one will be denied service based on inability to pay. Upon result of test, a nurse can provide proof of pregnancy, connect you to support resources, proper prenatal care, and or discuss birth control options. (Call 989-773-5921 ext 1406 for help with making an appointment.)

Reproductive Health Exams

CMDHD offers annual exams for everyone. Most people with a cervix require an annual exam but do not need a pap (cervical) exam every year. At your annual exam, consider discussing birth control/family planning options and any concerns about your sexual health. We can also test you for STIs and renew prescriptions during this appointment, if needed.

STI Screening & Treatment

At CMDHD you can get confidential STI/HIV testing. STI testing is available at low or no-cost; cost is based on your income if you do not have insurance. Services are inclusive to all sexualities and genders.
